What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Think De'Aaron Fox coast to coast... okay, maybe not that fast, but we do try to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to ship out and 2-5 days for shipping time.
Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at support@toughfinishgear.com.


I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Even if our items aren't fit for a true hooper like you, we give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. We will cover the cost of shipping. To initiate a return, please email support@toughfinishgear.com and include your order number in the subject line. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels. We also offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I exchange for a different size?
This is basketball - assets get traded and exchanged all the time. We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please email support@toughfinishgear.com. 


Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. To cancel, please email support@toughfinishgear.com. If the item has already been shipped, please email support@toughfinishgear.com to begin the return process.


I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have mispelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, please email support@toughfinishgear.com, include your order number in the subject line, and explain the mistake. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
